Delete your account and data
Aamaali (أعمالي) · last updated 30 July 2026
Your records are yours. You can delete your Aamaali account, and everything stored with it, in either of these two ways.
1. In the app — immediate
This is the quickest route and needs nobody's help:
- Open Aamaali and sign in.
- Go to Settings.
- Scroll to Delete account permanently and confirm.
The deletion happens straight away and cannot be undone. If you would like to keep a copy of what you have recorded, use Export my data in Settings first.
2. By email — if you cannot reach the app
If you have uninstalled Aamaali or cannot sign in, write to sales@technologymaze.com with the subject Aamaali account deletion request.
Requests are actioned within 30 days of being received. You will get a confirmation once the account has been removed.
What is deleted
Everything held against your account:
- Your sign-in account and email address
- Your profile and preferences
- All worship entries, plans and notes
- Any suggestions, corrections and deed submissions you sent
Nothing is kept in a recoverable form once the deletion completes. Encrypted backups of the database roll over on their own schedule and are fully replaced within 30 days.
What is not held in the first place
Your location is never collected — prayer times and the Qibla direction are calculated on your own device, and the coordinates stay there. Removing the app from your phone removes them with it.
Deleting only some of your data
You do not have to delete the whole account to remove a record. Any entry can be cleared from History, plans can be deleted individually, and a message you sent through Suggestions & corrections can be withdrawn from that same screen.
